„INTRAPRENEURSHIP IN THE SOCIAL ECONOMY SECTOR”
Cooperation project funded by the Programme Erasmus + and co-created by a partnership involving 3 organizations from Poland, Ireland and Spain.

CONTEXT
The project is aimed at the wider community interested in the development of the social economy sector and in supporting intrapreneurship as a form of developing organisational cultures and increasing the competitiveness of social enterprises.
The competences, knowledge, skills of the participating educational staff developed on the basis of the social entrepreneurship model will positively influence the results of subsequent educational processes in their home organisations. Dissemination activities will also be carried out from this angle, during which participants will assess the applicability of the model and identify desirable and potential directions for future applications. This will increase the potential for transfer of the model to new local environments in Poland, Ireland and Spain.
Most of the developed methodological solutions and instruments of the social intrapreneurship model can be easily adopted and used within the VET, adult and youth education system, which the partners intend to implement after the end of the project.
OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the social economy sector by developing, testing and making available for widespread use a competence model of social intraprepreneurship.
Specific aims and outcomes of the project:
- Critical insight and analysis of the European Competence Framework in terms of definition, valorisation, recognition and support of intrapreneurial competences.
- Development and dissemination of a conceptual model for the validation, training and strengthening of intrapreneurial competences in the social economy sector.
- Improving the methodological and substantive intrapreneurial competences of the employees of the social economy sector and its environment.
