Project mid-term meeting

On September 10-11, 2024, a mid-term meeting of the project “INTRAPRENEURSHIP IN THE SOCIAL ECONOMY SECTOR” took place in Dublin. The event was hosted by the Irish partner – City of Dublin Education and Training Board, which provided excellent conditions for conducting constructive discussions and exchanging experiences.

The meeting was attended by representatives of partner organizations from Poland, Ireland, and Spain, including members of project teams and representatives of the management of respective organizations.

During the meeting, the conclusions from the mid-term evaluation of the project were analyzed, which allowed for an objective assessment of the progress so far and identification of areas requiring special attention. Partners discussed in detail the progress in project implementation, identified potential bottlenecks, and explained the principles and implementation methods of key activities.

An important part of the meeting was the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the project results achieved. Participants presented their achievements to date, shared good practices, and discussed challenges encountered during the implementation of individual tasks. Based on the analysis conducted, conclusions and recommendations for the future were formulated, which will be taken into account in the subsequent stages of project implementation.

Partners unanimously confirmed that the project is being implemented according to the established schedule, and all challenges are effectively addressed thanks to good communication and the commitment of all parties. The meeting in Dublin also provided an opportunity to directly learn about Irish experiences in supporting entrepreneurship in the social economy sector.

The mid-term meeting constituted an important stage in the project implementation, allowing for the verification of achievements to date and optimal planning of activities in the coming months. The conclusions and recommendations developed during the meeting will contribute to even more effective partnership cooperation and achievement of all project objectives.
