Social Intrapreneurship Facilitators Training in Dublin

The training was organised from 10-13 September 2024 by the City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB) in Ballymun YouthReach (Dublin, Ireland).

The training brought together 12 participants from Poland, Spain, and Ireland. This four-day intensive training provided participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools to facilitate intrapreneurial development within social economy organizations.

The four-day training program covered essential aspects of social intrapreneurship facilitation. Participants engaged with content focused on fostering entrepreneurial spirit within teams, developing effective managerial skills for innovation, creating supportive intrapreneurial ecosystems, and implementing intrapreneurship in practice. The training employed a blend of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, utilizing the design thinking methodology throughout.

Participants worked in project teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and create solutions. The interactive approach enabled participants to experience first-hand the challenges and opportunities of facilitating intrapreneurial processes within social economy organizations.
