The Pilot Training for Social Intrapreneurship was conducted in Malaga, Spain from November 12-15, 2024, organized by TRIBEKA TRAINING LAB SLU. The training brought together 12 participants from Poland, Spain, and Ireland.
The program covered intrapreneurship within social economy contexts, addressing the development of entrepreneurial competences in established organizations. The training utilized both theoretical frameworks and practical exercises focusing on intrapreneurial approaches applicable to social enterprises.
The training successfully equipped attendees with practical tools for identifying opportunities within their organizations, managing innovation processes, and developing supportive ecosystems for intrapreneurial initiatives.
The acquired competences are expected to enhance organizational capacity for innovation, strengthen adaptability to changing market conditions, and contribute to long-term sustainability of social economy entities beyond public funding frameworks. Additionally, the cross-national character of the training established foundations for future transnational cooperation and knowledge exchange among participating organizations.
